The Clear WireVAC FDA Hose is an exceptionally flexible, transparent hose designed to provide optimal vacuum performance while allowing for easy monitoring of its contents. This versatile hose is ideal for a wide array of applications, including foodstuffs, cosmetics, beverages, lubricating oils, animal fats, and various chemical solutions.

- Compliance: This Clear WireVac Hose meets the stringent requirements and standards of FDA, USDA, 3-A, and NSF-51, ensuring safety and reliability in food and beverage applications.
- Material: Constructed from smooth clear PVC, this hose features a spring steel wire helix reinforcement for enhanced flexibility and durability.
- Temperature Range: Suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +65°C (15°F to 150°F). Please note that suction and pressure ratings are based on a temperature of 20°C (68°F) and should be reduced by 50% at maximum working temperatures. The hose is not recommended for pressure applications above 25°C (75°F).

Pressure Ratings
The Clear WireVac Hose is designed for vacuum applications. It is important to consider that this hose has no fabric reinforcement, and as such, it should not be used under pressure for services at elevated temperatures.
Recommended Couplings
We recommend using sanitary couplings with the Clear WireVac Hose. Please note that coupling recommendations are based on user preferences from past experiences, and in some instances, preferred couplings may have a lower pressure rating than the hose itself. Always ensure that the working pressure does not exceed the lowest rated component in the assembly.
